Mexico Beach Vacation

by Puteri | March 2nd, 2008

Last fall, Doug mentioned the possibility of our going to Mexico in January. But January turned out to be one wet and windy month! I did not feel like like taking that long drive to Mexico especially with young children in the car, and the weather being the way it was.

We had looked at some Mexico beach vacation rentals because we thought with two young children in tow, a vacation rental by the beach would work a lot better for us. When you are traveling with two young children who are picky about what they eat, a place with a kitchen is a necessity.

Since we never made it to Mexico last January, we might consider going in the fall when the weather will be a lot cooler and a lot more comfortable and moreover less of a crowd at the beach. We’ll consider that trip a belated anniversary celebration because during our anniversary this year, I will be in Malaysia with the kids and Doug will be by himself in California.

It has been years since we traveled to Mexico and I am looking forward to another trip there real soon.

  1. What a great place to experience a vacation rental. Having a luxury home or villa usually offers a great view and pool and the room to relax and spread out great for families. Having a kitchen and laudry helps also. Being able to eat breakfast and dinner home and take in a lunch while sightseeing is great and affordable choice. Living with the locals can be fun and a real learning experience. Shopping in the markets can be fun also. Gotta love that afternoon siesta time and dinners at 8!
