Bra Thefts
FAIRFIELD, Conn. – Fairfield police say thousands of dollars worth of bras have been stolen from the Victoria’s Secret store in recent weeks. In the latest theft, last week, someone stole 50 bras from the lingerie store. Lt. Michael Walsh says the bras were valued at a total of about $4,000.Earlier this month Victoria’s Secret reported the theft of seven to eight drawers full of reversible bras.The lingerie store also reported the theft of 100 bras, from its pink collection, earlier this month valued at $4,000.Walsh say he doesn’t know if the bra thefts were prompted by a fetish, but says “We have some people who steal strange things.”
What’s your bet the thief has a fetish? Nah, a thief with a bra fetish might steal one or two, but not a 100 bras. At least, that’s one I think!
Victoria Secret lingerie is expensive, and I believe the thief stole the bras so that he or she could sell it off, maybe on ebay, or some similar place.
If the thief is a he, he might have stolen the bras so he could impress his girlfriends with a gift of Victoria Secret bra or bras!
