Gifts for Christmas

by Puteri | August 2nd, 2007

When I was at the craft faire yesterday, I collected a lot of business cards. I told the vendors that they were good sources for unique gifts especially for Christmas.

I will keep the vendor who sold bird mobiles, birdhouses and planters, in mind because I still want to get some birdhouses. The hand painted glass are always good gifts to give to friends. Now I wished I had bought the sun flower vase for my friend!  She was selling it for cheap, at only $4!

Anyway, now is not too early to think about what to get for Christmas. Last year I was in Malaysia for Christmas and so wasn’t here to spend more money than I should! Heheh. But when I got back in January, I went Christmas shopping. I got myself some ionic hair setter, which I hardly use now! I also got myself a Bose SoundDock for my iPod. I really love it and I use it often because when I work on my quilting machine, I can still hear the phone ring and hear whatever is coming out of my iPod.

This year, I would like to get an HD ready large screen TV. I still have a good working TV but the only thing is the image is not as sharp as the present day TV because the one I have is more than 10 years old! I think is it about time I upgrade my TV!

For the kids, maybe one of those little battery operated vehicles. The one they have right now is something that Doug picked up from the trash! Yes, trash that people threw on the roadside for big item pick-up day.

Anyway, I still have a few months left to think about what else to get! And oh yes, a new computer! Maybe I will be able to get the computer before Christmas
